Promotions occur less regularly in this sector, work hard and meet targets and the big money could be yours! there is always the possibility of commission based bonus payments often sales roles having uncapped OTE, company cars and added incentives.
Starting roles and sales executives roughly: £15,000 - £25,000
3-5 years experience roughly and middle manager roles £25,000 - £40,000
Senior sales director and higher levels roughly £40,000 - £80.000 +
Commission …. you decide.
Progression in this industry is very possible with the usual ladder looking something like becoming a sales apprentice, sales executive, sales manager, sales director, senior sales director
