Its your remit to help create the conditions that make a sales force highly competent, energetic, engaged and motivated. Individuals who are committed and focused on delivering their objectives. This means maintaining relationships with customers, getting your team to trust you, provide reporting and analysis, account reconciliation and overhead management.
You will work operationally to help harmonise the IT requirements with our business partners, take a close look at all our processes and procedures to improve where necessary, innovate and improve leading change to help provide added value to our business.
A bit about you
You need experience working in an operations team, ideally within a retail or wholesale environment. Add to this leadership experience and resource planning, outstanding customer service skills, time management - the ability to successfully juggle workloads. It all means taking the skills you’ve got and adapting them to an environment like no other.
Good cross-functional working and co-ordination, a problem solver with extensive experience of process development you should also have a deep understanding of applying IT to an operations environment, especially SAP and BW.
Tenacious, a proven manager, your maturity, professionalism and ability to get the job done, single you out as the Team Leader we’re looking for in this impressive role.
