Contacted Hrs – 37.5hrs per week
Training – 5 days Monday - Friday followed by subsequent 3 days Monday - Friday

We are looking to recruit Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Bangor (Northern Ireland) and we need great people with customer service experience, who are fluent in Welsh and have good computer skills to deliver our client’s requirements.
The successful candidate will handle calls from both English and Welsh speaking callers.
