Salary: £17,238 per year

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week (5 days per week).

Rotational Shifts Between: 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm on a Saturday-Sunday

We are looking to recruit Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Glasgow City Centre and we need great people with customer service experience, who are fluent in Welsh, and have good computer skills to deliver our client’s requirements.

The successful candidate will handle calls from both English and Welsh speaking callers.
