WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR - VARIED ROLE
An opportunity to become involved in all aspects of an expanding small business including general administration, website administration, sales and customer service. The variety of work provides several possible career paths dependent on individual skills and aptitude. The main duties will be in the office and include some involvement with our clients busy warehouse.
General administrative duties will include contacting customers to arrange deliveries, entering delivery details online and maintaining accurate automatically generated picking lists for the warehouse. Other duties may include invoice checking and sales research.
Website administrative duties will include data input, corrections, amendments, updating website prices, helping to create new product pages, drafting new descriptive text and digitally enhancing photographs.
Sales duties will include responding to sales queries by phone or email, sending email quotations, taking orders by telephone, entering orders on the database, processing card transactions and phoning customers to obtain additional details.
Customer service duties include responding to complaints and delivery queries by telephone or email and reporting complaints and delivery queries to suppliers and contractors.
