User Success Agent – £24,000 with OTE compensation – Holborn, London

The Role

Our client is looking for a User Success Agent that is knowledgeable and adept about building relationships and is both professional and entrepreneurial. This growing online company is on a mission to make hiring local, trusted service professionals as easy as possible. You will be calling, and receiving calls from, service professionals across several industries including education tuition, wellness, music instruction, home improvement, photography, and much more. You will have no shortage of variety in your role.

Using a number of internal and external tools, you’ll be responsible for not only educating and setting an expectation for our users but helping them get the most out of the company platform. The company strives for complete alignment in driving positive outcomes – your success in this role will be evaluated by the success of the users that you work with.

The key responsibilities of a User Success Agent include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a main point of contact for users, responding to issues, feedback and inquiries via in-app chat, email and telephone
  • Contributing to regular brainstorming sessions on how to improve user experience
  • Reporting any bugs or crashes to the tech team and communicate to the user on progress

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a User Success Agent:

  • Must have experience selling a product, service or idea in the UK and experience in delivering on a target; experience in a customer support/service role desirable
  • Technology oriented and data-driven, who loves start-ups and understands the challenges and demands of a fast-moving, ever-changing business
  • Empathetic and patient, understanding of what it means to go the extra mile for a customer, colleague or partner
  • Excellent attention to detail but also an ability to prioritise on the fly
