About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and determined Sales Manager. Through your sales team you'll generate revenue through the sale of new and used vehicles whilst reaching optimum customer satisfaction results. Innovation and a progressive outlook are also vital to our success so we're now looking for a highly driven, forward thinking Sales Manager to join us.
This role would suit a manager with retail sales experience preferably gained from within the motor industry who has well-developed leadership skills and the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise performance. You'll be a commercially and customer focused people manager who can provide structure, guidance, coaching and motivation to the team, maximising individuals' potential and creating a strong and focused sales team. You'll thrive under pressure, be able to handle conflicting demands and have a strong sense of integrity, excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills along with an honest and respectful approach.
