With an office located in Amersham, UK, APT Travel Group is a 90 year old, family owned, independently operated global business that encompasses an extensive portfolio of luxury touring and cruising brands. We have about 700 team members (season dependent) spread over 8 countries. We are searching for a couple of Reservations Consultant’s to join our small however lively Contact Service Centre (CSC).
Naturally driven to exceed sales targets and KPI’s, you will pride yourself on your exceptional customer service, first call resolution and ability to ask the ‘right’ questions. Your enthusiasm and commitment to enhance the customer experience will be demonstrated through all of your interactions with both new and existing clients. As a customer service professional, confidence, outstanding communication and thorough upselling and cross selling techniques will be second nature to you. You will grasp the role quickly and be naturally savvy when navigating through multiple computer systems.
Our ideal candidate will go out of their way to delight our customers, be incredibly driven and bring a thirst for learning to the role. You’ll be passionate about travel and understand the impact you have on the customer journey.
