As a Training & Enablement Program Manager – EMEA Startups Sales, your passion for owning and driving AWS enablement events and programs for our growing sales audience enables them to serve our customers across the globe in their journeys to cloud computing.

Your experience in event management and coordination with sales, sales enablement, business development, and/or program management helps you earn trust with a variety of personalities to land programs at scale.

You will have a passion for Startups and strong program and project management skills. You will have experience driving meaningful action, be data- and detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You bring experience delivering and helping develop training across multiple formats, which include digital learning, instructor, and virtual instructor-led assets to support our global audience. You’re also willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done, while insisting on the highest standards. You will already know, or be willing to learn, how Startups operate, and the stages of a Startup’s lifecycle.

In this role, you will develop key enablement programs as well as deliver and ensure adoption of our global priorities with the direction of the Global Training and Enablement Leader. You will be responsible for managing the various initiatives that the team will build and deploy across the segment, collaborating with stakeholders cross-functionally. You will combine a solid understanding of training and enablement program management experience and communications management to funnel and control new content and programs.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other culture and geographies. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate needs to be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and get things done.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
· Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management and Training experience with increasing influence and responsibility.
· Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measureable metrics and then execute those plans.
· Experience in managing sales enablement programs for across multiple EMEA regions
· Proven excellent program and communications management skills.
· Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting and measuring training results and learning effectiveness

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Hands-on sales experience.
· Experience and knowledge with Startups eco system and within global sales training/enablement organizations
· Experience reporting on training activities and analysing data in order to drive results and learning effectiveness
