Trainee Sales Executive
With over 20 years of success, our client helps businesses from a wide range of sectors to acquire, retain and deliver a first-class service to their customers. Utilising both technology and staff, the company works in a wide range of sectors, from traditional lead generation channels to social media opportunities.
Now, they are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team in London.

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will make and receive telephone calls, which result in securing sales and subscriptions.
Specifically, you will:
- Deal with customer queries
- Contact potential subscribers, using warm leads and securing subscriptions
- Field inbound calls from customers and identify opportunities to up-sell
- Tailor your approach to different campaigns according to provided guidelines
To be considered as a Trainee Sales Executive, you will need:
- Telephone-based customer service experience
- A confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- A positive and self-motivated attitude
Ideally, you'll have sales experience, but this isn't essential.

This is a full time role, working 9:00 – 17:30 or 11:00 – 20:00, Monday – Friday. The office is open Monday – Sunday, 8:00 – 20:00.
