This exciting customer service / account management opportunity is based around rapport building, converting enquiries and liaising with existing clients. 100% Inbound calls, this internal sales role requires an individual who has an excellent phone manner, and an enthusiasm for the travel industry. This customer focused role would suit a graduate account manager looking to take the next step in their career.
To apply you MUST have 6 - 12 months experience in an internal sales or customer service role liaising with businesses. A commercial background is important along with a passion for the travel sector. It is also preferred if the individual has experience in converting enquiries and/or booking reservations.
