This exciting account management opportunity is based around rapport building, converting enquiries and liaising with clients. 100% Inbound calls, this internal sales role requires an individual who has an excellent phone manner, and an enthusiasm for the travel industry. This customer focused role would suit a graduate account manager looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6-12 months experience in an internal sales advisor role with a commercial background. Its is also preferred if the individual has experience in converting enquiries and/or booking reservations.
