The job of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is simple; you find candidates for your client’s vacancies in this case within the IT and Business sector. Your clients will include firms in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space and will range from FTSE 250 listed firms to smaller niche start ups. You will spend a large part of the day on the phone, this will mean a lot of cold calling to win new Clients and also headhunt calls to find new Candidates.

Training & Development?
