The job of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is simple; you find candidates for your client’s vacancies in this case within the Senior Accounting and Finance Market. You will spend a large part of the day on the phone, this will mean a lot of cold calling to win new Clients within the E-Commerce and Start-Up space and also headhunt calls to find new Candidates.
