ChannelAdvisor is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, detail-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our UK Sales Team!

Responsibilities

* Provide ongoing leadership and support to a team of Sales Executives, helping them to all achieve their monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets
Recruiting, developing and growing a world-class sales team to support growth targets for the business
* Drive the adoption of sales tools and methodologies (ie. Salesforce, SalesLoft)
* Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the sales team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics and initiatives
* Lead and coach the sales team from prospecting to networking and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, marketing, ecommerce and legal and structuring deals
* Build territory and GTM plans including structured outbound campaigns with the sales team
* Fostering a culture of collaboration with other managers and departments to maximise efficiencies and revenue growth opportunities across the team
* Conduct regular team and 121 deal reviews and training
* Motivate team members to perform at the highest level
* Develop broad product knowledge in order to serve as a resource to individual team members throughout the sales process including demos to ensure Sales Executives are effectively articulating all that ChannelAdvisor has to offer to the benefit of our clients
* Continuously review work of Sales Executives to determine areas of improvement and identify best practices

Qualifications

* 3-5 years’ sales management experience, 5-10 years’ overall sales experience
* Proven track record of sales success in a complex SaaS software or eCommerce environment
* Formal sales training (SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger)
* Understanding of MEDDIC qualification process
* Hands on approach. Ability to lead by example and provide live coaching to the team in deal cycles
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience managing the sales cycle from sponsor to the C-Suite
* Experience utilizing Salesforce.com to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team, pipeline and bookings
* Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a sales team motivated and passionate about their work, especially during this 100% working from home period
* Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
* Highly effective organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to collaborate with other departments and teams such as marketing and services
* Energetic, professional tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of intellect, character and integrity
* BS or BA degree preferred
