Owing to company expansion a fantastic opportunity has recently arisen to join one of the UK's largest construction product companies. If you are a high-achieving field sales professional with experience of selling insulation or construction products to Specification and/or Contractors then you should contact BMS Performance immediately.

THE ROLE: As a Territory Sales Manager for this market leading company you will be covering North West England, supplying bespoke insulation solutions in a project driven capacity. Key interfaces will be with Architects, Main Building Contractors, Specialist Insulation Contractors - for both construction and industrial applications. Projects will be sourced through existing client relationships and by prospecting for new opportunities.

THE PERSON: The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in construction related selling, in a field-based role with a track record of success in identifying and converting medium to long term project opportunities. Full product training will be given, but you'll need to bring with you a first class attitude showing hunger, autonomy, professionalism and an ability to think on your feet.

THE COMPANY: With a turnover of £4 billion our client is the largest distributor of construction products within the UK.


  • Salary: up to 46K DOE
  • Bonus: Additional 30% OTE
