Territory Sales Manager (Retail)

Our Retail Team is now looking for a Territory Sales Manager, to take our business to the next level. This role is covering the Northampton and Luton Area.
We are looking for an individual who can offer real potential and grow with us going forward. We are looking to recruit a dynamic Territory Sales Manager who understands just what our retail customers want and work with them to achieve it.
The role is field based therefore a clean driving license is essential , you will be working closely with your local branch management team, to achieve its sales plan, by growing existing customers’ sales and developing new incremental business.
You must have demonstrable experience in a professional sales role, gained from within independent retail sales or a wholesale environment. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication, influencing, networking and presentation skills, be self-motivated and driven with a can do attitude.
