Territory Sales Manager - Chemicals - £30k + £3-4k + Car

The Role: The successful Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling to end users in sectors such as rail, manufacturing, aviation and food & beverage processing; you will also be managing a network of industrial distributors, dealing with national and independent firms. You will be speaking to maintenance managers, branch managers, distributor reps and regional managers. This role involves managing existing customers, rejuvenation old ones and developing new accounts and the new Territory Sales Manager will receive full company and product training.

The Company: Part of a highly successful group and holding strong market share, our client is a manufacturer of maintenance, repair and overhaul products including coatings, paints, lubricants, cutting fluids and adhesives. They are now looking to recruit a new Territory Sales Manager for the Midlands area to join their team.
For this Territory Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have sold into industrial end users
  • Sales of industrial consumables, experience of the distribution sector or knowledge of fixings/fixtures are all helpful
  • Outgoing and consultative candidates with strong problem solving abilities are sought
