Territory Sales Executive, Home Based, £35k-£40k basic + Company Car + Benefits, Basingstoke. This is a true Relationship Management Sales role, tasked with developing existing clients in the South of the UK. This forward thinking firm has only gone from strength to strength over the last year and has seen unstoppable growth throughout the pandemic. Where competitors have failed, this organisation really has come out on top.

With a reputation for training, staff development and career opportunities - This company see very few salespeople leave! The role requires an individual who understands the complexities a nurturing high spend accounts. My client requires no previous industry experience, and is quite simply looking for the very best Territory Sales Executive.

I would suggest this is the perfect role for an individual frustrated by the daily, unremitting drive for new business and new clients - and is now looking for a role that is more consultative and strategic account management focused. You will inherit a large number of warm accounts, and be targeted on driving sales, and increasing revenue spend throughout your account base.

This candidate must have:

- Have at least 3 years Account Management experience.

- Be experienced in managing a territory.

- You must also be used to selling a product daily and closing business.

- Have a very outgoing personality and be a brilliant relationship builder.

You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression. With full P&L responsibility you will be given the autonomy and support to ensure success and great job satisfaction.

Ideal living location is North of Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury, Hook, Reading. Ideally off the M3/M4 between Southampton and Reading 20 mile radius. If you do not live close to these locations, DO NOT APPLY.
