An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Territory Sales Engineer - Adhesives reporting into the Sales Manager. You will be managing and increasing the designated sales territory in line with the UK sales targets and strategy.

My client is a global market leading FMCG business who operate in a number of industries, there UK head office is based in hertfordshire.

Description

Territory Sales Engineer - Adhesives

  • Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets and coordinated sales projects.
  • Generate new businesses opportunities and expand the customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers by identifying, qualify and closing product applications.
  • Provide after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; including product training and demonstrations.
  • Develop & maintain local plans and initiatives to generate sustainable growth for our brands in the market; by developing strong relationships with both end users and distributors.
  • Communicate with all Company departments on specific projects agreed with manager.
  • Provide business plan development, competitive strategies and market trends to the business.
  • Ensure on-time reporting of projects, forecasts, and activity planning
  • Maintain and increase the ACE CRM reporting system as outlined in line with standards and expectations

Profile

Territory Sales Engineer - Adhesives

  • Practical mechanical skills experience
  • Adhesive or similar market sales experience
  • Previous sales experience in channel environment
  • Minimum HNC or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
