The Territory Account Manager Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an office based Territory Account Manager to join our Food team based in our Dublin sales office. You will be responsible for managing an agreed customer base of existing customers, targeting new customers and delivering on our financial commitments. The successful candidate will use their already honed sales skills, to actively promote and recommend our products and export services by building lasting relationships with customers, gaining business to ensure that all targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage performance growth versus sales targets & KPI’s.
+ Drive effective business opportunities at a customer and distributor level.
+ Generate a robust, sustainable target pipeline and have the ability to win.
+ Customer intimacy to manage sales/customer attrition.
+ Sustainable price management.
+ Activity management across customer, distributor & key portfolios.
+ Salesforce (CRM sales tool) update and maintenance.

An unrivalled passion to win and a self-motivated and positive outlook on sales is an absolute must. You will have the right behaviours & ability to build strong relationships across all levels. You have a strong desire to be successful and make a real difference.

About you:

The successful candidate will show the desire & attitude to be a highly skilled sales person with experience of managing existing accounts and identifying and gaining new business. You must be positive & have the right behaviours to deliver double-digit growth. You must be highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills. The individual must also be proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Having the right motivation, focus and ability to execute a plan is key to this role
