Territory Manager - Surgical endoscopy equipment

THE COMPANY: A long-established, privately-owned organisation who have a great heritage and reputation. They manufacture a range of endoscopy equipment for use within NHS and private hospitals and a rare opportunity has arisen for a driven, dynamic surgical sales professional to join their sales team and help take their business to the next level within the West Midlands.

THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will be managing, developing and winning key clinical and commercial relationships within theatre and procurement environments, typically talking to surgeons, ODPs, theatre managers and nurses, EBME and procurement. Candidates must have good experience selling into theatre and preference will be given to those with a successful track record of new business / growing a territory. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is attractive, as is the company culture.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £38,000 to £45,000
  • Commission: £14,000
  • Car: £550 per month allowance
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
