THE COMPANY: This continually growing organisation manufacture a range of orthopaedic implants (shoulder plates, pins etc) and orthobiologic products and a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, energetic and credible surgical sales professional to manage and develop their business within the North West of England.

THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will be nurturing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals and typically liaising with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre nurses and managers, ODPs, procurement, supplies and finance managers. There will be a significant new business element to the role, as well as account management. Due to the specialist surgical nature of the role, the company have a strong preference for orthopaedics or theatre sales experience. Additionally, those currently selling to hospitals who want to progress into theatre or orthopaedics sales will also be considered. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is attractive, as is the company culture.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £30,000 to £50,000
  • Bonus: £10,000 to £22,000 uncapped
  • Car: Allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
