A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established FMCG beauty organisation. Our client is a multinational beauty brand sold in 130 different countries across the globe. They are one of the UKs leading competitors for cosmetics and are sold in major high street retailers and pharmacies. They are rapidly growing year on year and are looking for a new Territory Manager that is ready to take on a challenge and develop their career within beauty. This particular role will involve selling into independent pharmacy's across the south east England.
Territory Planning : to become familiar with the geography of the territory and to identify target customers through maintaining and analysing customer records.
Sales Calling : to conduct sales calls using elements explained on the training course and in subsequent marketing updates , to carry out pre call planning and preparation and develop a self-analytical approach in order to identify learning areas from each call.
Administration : To carry out record keeping and reporting as identified on the training course
Group Events : To organise and, where appropriate, hold store events in such a way as to optimise the amount of business and brand awareness that can be generated from them
Team contribution: To share experiences, ideas and techniques in order to help fellow representatives and management at team meetings, in the sales training of colleagues and on other occasions.
Profitability: To optimise the company profitability, by delivering agreed objectives.
