This is a brilliant people management role with a leading provider of specialist professional services that has achieved consistent growth throughout the pandemic. Due to continued expansion we are looking for an exceptional sales leader with a proven track record of managing and growing internal sales teams. The ideal candidate will have at least one years' experience as a telesales team leader or commercial manager.

To succeed you will be very commercially and sales aware and will always take a 'lead by example' approach with your team. You will be an ambitious and financially motivated leader with high standards that enjoys enabling people to meet their full potential.

Leading the telesales team is a people management focussed role where you will be leading, co-ordinating, training, mentoring, coaching, hiring and developing however you will also have a small personal sales remit that will allow you to earn exceptional commission.
