Telesales Manager – Competitive Salary + Benefits – Castle Donington, Derbyshire

The Role

Here at One Connectivity, we require a team-spirited individual who can manage the performance of your own team to acquire new business leads to add to our existing client portfolio of a rapidly expanding B2B telecoms company. At the same time, you will take on the responsibility of organising account plans to achieve sales target, focusing on growth and retention.

As the Telesales Manager, you will be expected to manage the operations of the Telesales team. You will bring in new sales, while at the same time, assist the Sales team in maintaining good relationships with our existing customers. You will be expected to build and manage all aspects of telesales team by providing analytics and pipeline development, while working closely with our Sales Director. The key responsibilities of a Telesales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; and researching and analysing sales options
  • Selling our products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions as such
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Conducting reviews on the existing sales department strategies and analysing areas of improvement to help with our growth plans
