Based in Leeds, this is a fantastic employer who genuinely work as part of a team for the good of the whole business and its customers. You will be responsible for:
*Delivering agreed sales numbers required to achieve the sales strategy for the division *Manage a team within internal telesales to achieve KPI's and 3rd party providers *Work with the Sales Director and Marketing team to provide input into market conditions, sales channels, products and marketing promotions. *Provide reporting to the Sales Director on performance and take responsibility for achieving team requirements *Develop the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reporting on quality and compliance
*Recent experience of managing a telesales team and external telesales suppliers *Reporting and presentation skills *Experience of developing sales techniques within the team and motivating for optimum performance
