Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Business Development Consultant required for an established, HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety consultancy, offering professional support to employers in many different industry sectors in the UK, providing practical and commercial advice on HR and H & S issues. Our services ensure our clients are up to date with current legislation with access to 24-hour advice and legal indemnity should a case result in Tribunal.

The role is office based in Greater Manchester. Ideal location would be North Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley, Rochdale. Due to location, a driving license and own car is necessary.

 

We are looking for an experienced B2B / Business to Business Sales Executive / Telesales executive ideally from the industry, however industry experience is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will need to be professional, have a great telephone manner and be capable of speaking to potential clients over the phone and be able to build great relationships with Directors and business owners within the SME market place via the telephone.

 

The role involves telephone sales, new business sales in the SME market, with the primary focus being on speedily establishing rapport, building a relationship and securing an appointment for the Field Sales team.

A mixture of cold calling, contacting referrals, following up with seminar attendees etc.

You will be working towards targets, with a minimum of 2 quality and qualified appointments per day.

Hours are generally 9.00am - 5pm Monday – Friday,  however travel may be required outside of these hours.

 

Key Skills / Experience;

Used to working towards targets and money motivated.

 

Experience in HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety industry is useful, however this is not essential as training will be provided.

 

Professional and capable of speaking to potential clients over the phone.
