As their Telesales Executive, you will provide a strong level of service at all times; contacting potential customers by phone to sell their electricity and gas contracts.

 

Working within a newly formed telesales team, you will be expected to contact a number of customers, appropriately collect and record customer data and information, and gather market information to improve market research. Providing a strong level of service at all times, you will achieve your personal sales targets which include call rates, lead generation and contract sales, and contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets.

 

All that they ask is that you have a high level of commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills and proven experience of a telesales role. Committed to a high standard of performance and driven to achieve continuous improvement, you will have experience of various sales techniques and be confident in building positive relationships.

 

Knowledge of the UK Energy Market is highly desirable, but by no means essential.
