Telesales Executive - Birmingham

Negotiable Salary plus Bonuses - OTE £37500.00

Our client is a national expert in Legionella prevention. They work with their clients to ensure their water systems are legally compliant, and their properties are safe for staff, customers and the public.

Overall Purpose of Role:

Generate leads and make appointments for field sales team to visit in order for them to produce new business sales from a wide variety of different companies and industries in the Midlands and the U.K.

Key responsibilities/ accountabilities:

Understand the target market and areas covered
Source and develop leads within the target market
Call between 60-80 new business calls per day
Make new business appointments of a minimum of 20 per week
Achieve new business sales appointments target within set timeframes
Fulfil administrative requirements of role on time
Liaise with other internal depts as required, and provide information necessary to assist them.
Effectively demonstrate outstanding customer service by ensuring company cs procedures are followed by all

Experience, qualifications and key skills required:
Strong/extensive understanding of consultative sales
Negotiating skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills written, oral and IT
Confidence and maturity tempered with a good sense of humour
Experience of managing complex relationships across a mix of clients
Whilst a degree level education is desirable we would prioritise experience and Team fit
Evidence of sound telesales ability
Achieve sales targets as set
Effective personal management.
Teamworking skills
Numeracy skills,
Ability to produce data accurately
Organisational skills
Ability to remain focussed and prioritise
Excellent interpersonal skills
