They have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the successful sales team.
They are looking for someone to grow with the business as they achieve their targets and milestones in the coming years.
With an in-depth training programme and supportive team, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into orders, whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will need to treat customers fairly and in keeping with FCA rules, achieve sensible and agreed targets and maintain and update the client database.
They are looking for a highly articulate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in telesales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Previous experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but this role is mostly about drive and communication skills. You should be target driven with the ability to overcome basic objections with a passion for closing deals.
- A generous basic salary of £18,000 per annum
