Progressive B2B Telecommunications and IT solutions company, based in Leicester City Centre looking for a full time or part time Telesales Executive who wants to open doors and maximise their earnings potential.
Targeting our existing client base along with new customers from provided data, this person will look to sell a range of our services to meet customer requirements.
- 2 years telesales/sales experience - Used to making in excess of 100 calls per day - Effective communicator, good listener and strong influencing skills - Proven sales ability - Self motivated with a personal desire to succeed - Understands CRM's and their importance to the wider business. - Target driven - Uses own initiative to solve problems
- Up to £20k Basic salary (pro-rata) - Uncapped commission - Profit share scheme after 12 months employment - Pension scheme - 28 days holiday (pro-rata) inclusive of bank holidays rising to 36 days with service
Full time hours would be 08.30 - 17.00. Part time applicants also considered where they would be looking for a minimum of 20 hours a week split over 5 days but the actual hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
