Telesales Executive, Central Bournemouth

Salary: £21,000 - £70,000 OTE (basic salary + uncapped commission) + £500 joining bonus

Location: Bournemouth, BH8 (office based role) - based very close to Bournemouth train and bus stations - so they have excellent public transport links.

Due to an exciting period of growth, they are recruiting for an additional Telesales Executive to join their team. You will be speaking with existing customers to find out their motivations for buying, and describe and sell new products to them.

They are looking for a self-motivated salesperson who is looking to build a career with them; once training is complete, there will be the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager role where you will manage your own customer base, speaking with them regularly to generate repeat business.

This Telesales Executive role involves NO cold calling as all customers have previously bought from the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Calling existing customers to establish and understand their motivations for buying and collecting
* Using the above information to select the most relevant product for them
* Describing products and explain the benefits of owning them to the customer
* Upselling and cross-selling product ranges
* Negotiating and closing sales
* Overcoming objections
* Maximising every sales opportunity
* Working to realistic targets and KPIs
* Overseeing the end to end sales process including processing sales orders

Required Skills and Experience:
* Sales experience with ability to close/handle objections
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Problem solving skills
* Self-motivated and driven
* Able to spot opportunities and maximise sales
* Confident negotiator

This Telesales Executive role is a great opportunity for someone who has sales experience, experience within telesales or Business Development, or has worked as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Sales Executive or similar.
