Job Title: Telesales Consultant

Department: Telesales (4966)

Reporting to Homeworking General Manager

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Sunday, 8.00am – 10.00pm, on a
rota basis, including evenings & weekends)

Role Summary

As a Homeworking Telesales Consultant you will be
passionate about finding every customer their ideal holiday. You will offer
exceptional customer service, making each customer feel special whilst also
maintaining focus on your individual sales target. In return you will have access
to unlimited
earning potential through available bonus schemes.

your day to day Job role will be carried out at your home address you may be
required with notice to attend Meetings, Trainings at Head office in Sunderland
or other locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, meet
and exceed customers’ needs and expectations following sales structure

* Handle A
variety of sales leads via Telephone, Emails & Other Online Platforms

* Adhere to
company policies and procedures

* To achieve
individual performance targets and sales objectives

* Follow up on
sales activity by accurately entering data onto the systems

* Assist with
lead monitoring and providing constructive feedback

Qualifications / Experience


* To undertake any other
