Telesales Executive – £14k-£20k + uncapped commission – Reading, Berkshire

The Role

At Favouritetable, we’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Telesales Executive who is ready to come on board and join our energetic team. You will use your outstanding communication and persuasion skills to bring in new business for the Company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking on the telephone.

We are looking for someone with at least one years’ telemarketing experience; any experience of working within a telemarketing team and a track record of identifying and helping to secure new business in a B2B environment is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and work with a company that cares about your personal and professional development.

The key responsibilities of a Telesales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Using B2B cold calling to identify business opportunities
  • Booking quality, qualified appointments with prospects
  • Answering outbound and inbound sales queries (via calls, live chat and web), recording interactions and action queries
  • Maintaining accurate records on our cloud-based CRM system
  • Updating the team on regular basis

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Telesales Executive:

  • At least 1 year of telemarketing/telesales experience in selling cloud-based services and/or software; experience generating leads via cold calling and reaching daily call targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in speaking on the telephone and able to communicate in an effective and professional manner
  • A results-oriented individual with a high degree of self-motivation, always focused on providing the client and the customer with first-rate service
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Comfortable making cold calls to prospective leads
