Position: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Epsom, London

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + bonus + 32 days including bank holidays + many added benefits

About the role:
We are currently looking to recruit a savvy Telemarketing Executive to join the Tchibo family!
In this exciting position, you will have the chance to contribute to Tchibo Coffee future success and growth.
As a Telemarketer, you’ll be tasked with selling our range of specialist beverage products, equipment and technical services to customers throughout UK.
Identifying new business opportunities, you’ll quickly build rapport with customers and explain how our products and services can meet their requirements. Delivering a high-quality service, you will build customers’ trust in the company’s brands, trademarks and services.
Additionally, you will be managing prospect database and ensure data is consistently refreshed and updated, researching new business opportunities via internet and book appointments into field sales structured schedule and explore all Service Contract Renewal opportunities through cold calling.
Interested? To be considered, you must be a highly motivated and proactive negotiator with a proven track record in sales.
Career- orientated and results-driven, as a Telemarketer, you must be a confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
Experience of concept selling and/ or capital equipment sales would be advantageous.
Ideally, you’ll have sales experience gained within one of the following sectors: hotel, restaurant, industrial, institutional, health, offices and/ or retail convenience stores and garage forecourts (coffee to go).
