Telesales Executives £36k OTE

You need to be self-motivated, curious, responsive, and results-driven to generate leads over the phone, understand the potential customer's needs, have great product knowledge, and work with the field-based colleagues to secure a pipeline of sales appointments.

Industry experience isn't necessary, but they would like to see that you've had previous Sales experience and be able to demonstrate your successes.

Field-based BDM roles £70k OTE

You need to be articulate, professional, and adept at relating to the customer's needs. Your role is face to face and on the phone, providing great product knowledge and capturing the solutions in written proposals. The key to this role is being able to develop both internal relationships with the rest of the sales team and also maintaining long term relationships with their customers.

Experience in the capital equipment industry, with a focus on selling managed print solutions, is desirable.

Regardless of the role you play within the Sales team, they all share the same core attributes
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills
- Strong desire to engage with customers
- Strong sales results-driven approach, being proactive in all parts of the sales process
- Professional presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Numerate with good IT skills, detail-conscious, and well organised.
