Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – HVAC Products

Area to be covered: Midlands & East Anglia

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + 30% bonus paid quarterly

Benefits: Mercedes / BMW / Audi OR £580 car allowance + full benefits package

The role of the Technical Sales Manager – HVAC Products will involve:

·         Field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured ventilation and cooling systems such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units, diffusers, louvres, grills, ancillaries

·         Your time will be spilt equally generating specifications and selling directly to architects, M&E consultants, M&E contractors, main contractors and end users

·         Targeted to achieve an annual turnover target of around £2m and looking to grow this to £3m+ in the coming years

·         Dealing with typical order values of around £40-£70k depending on project sizes

·         A large portion of projects will be through the education sector such as: schools, colleagues and universities

·         Working alongside an dedicated internal technical team and Regional Sales Manager

·         Based from home with 4 days on the field and 1 day admin

·         Covering an area which will incorporate a large territory covering all of the Midlands & East Anglia

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager – HVAC Products with:

·         Must have experience selling to M&E consultants, architects OR M&E contractors, main contractors and end users (ideally both)

·         Would consider somebody working internally looking for their first job on the road for example; working in a merchant or as part of internal technical team

·         Must have experience or knowledge selling a HVAC related  product such as: air handling units, natural ventilation, natural daylight systems, heat recovery units, diffusers, louvres, grills, ancillaries

·         Technical knowledge of ventilation requirements and regulations advantageous

·         Stable career track record

·         Genuine enthusiasm and ambition to succeed 

·         Organised and self motivated
