Technical Sales Manager, Field Based. £40,000 - £48,000 basic + Car + £75,000 OTE Uncapped + Benefits

The role is a Technical Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales role focusing on managing existing client relationships and following up warm enquiries, completing demonstrations in person and upselling where possible. You will have full control over your territory and must have brilliant technical project management skills. This is an established patch and you will be earning commission from day one.

This is an outstanding technical sales management opportunity working for an internationally recognised manufacturer, focusing on building relationships within the manufacturing, logistics, industrial, leisure and many more sectors.

Covering the South-East, field sales experience is required, although all product training will be provided so no industry experience is necessary. Capital equipment or logistics experience is desirable.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years technical sales experience with a consultative sales approach and be able to demonstrate exceptional sales and relationship management experience. Understanding long sales cycles is desirable with the ability to demonstrate products and present confidently. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic market leading business… there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever with high attention to detail, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction.
