Elevation Sales are currently working with an innovative and forward-thinking manufacturing business who have and still are developing new technologies for precision engineering. This business has grown significantly over the past year and is now looking to add to their highly skilled Technical team with the expertise of a Technical Sales professional.
The company offer creative engineering solutions on an international basis to a variety of industries including Automotive and Aerospace with one of their key accounts being Rolls Royce. The business is therefore now looking for a Key Account Manager to develop new business opportunities within Rolls Royce.
The right person for this role will come from a technical background, with hands on engineering experience that has now moved into a commercial role, or still working in a technical role but with a commercial element included. You will need to be able to communicate confidently and effectively with engineers, budget holders and senior management. Other responsibilities will include:
*Contribute to the sales strategy to achieve significant sales growth *Deliver account growth *Establish the new propositions within the Rolls Royce account *Developing relationships with existing customers and their Tier 1 supply chain
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
*Degree educated in an Engineering discipline - essential *Experience of selling into Rolls Royce specifically *Proven track record of delivering sales growth *Engineering background, in order to confidently sell to engineers and discuss the manufacturing process *Self drive to achieve targets *Ability to quickly identify and maximise sales opportunities
