Technical Sales Executive, Field Based. £40,000 basic + Car + Bonus + Benefits

The role is a Technical Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales role focusing on managing the full sales cycle, visiting potential and existing clients, following up warm enquiries and managing key accounts. You will have full control over your territory and must have brilliant technical project management skills.

This is an outstanding technical sales management opportunity working for an internationally recognised manufacturer, focusing on building relationships with contractors, architects, sub-contractors etc.

Covering the North West with the occasional visit to Scotland. Field sales experience is not necessary if you are technically minded and have internal sales experience, perhaps looking to progress into territory management!

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years technical sales experience with a consultative sales approach and be able to demonstrate exceptional sales and relationship management experience. Understanding long sales cycles is desirable with the ability to communicate with contractors and architects etc. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic market leading business… there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever with high attention to detail, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation.
