Area to be covered: National
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Support Manager – IBA Aggregates will involve:
· Technical field sales support position selling a manufactured range of IBAA (incinerator bottom ash aggregates) for projects in the civil engineering and construction sector as a sub base, capping / fill material
· You will be required to support on all technical queries and sales across the country
· Majority of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 contractors and sub-contractors such as; Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Kier Group, Galliford Try and ISG
· The remaining portion of your time will be spent in front of / generating specifications with consulting engineers, local authorities and ground workers
· Will be expected to conduct CPD seminars
· Joining a team of 12 that turnover 1.3million tonnes of IBAA per year
· Project sizes can range up to 500,000 tons +
· Position will require National travel
The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Support Manager – IBA Aggregates with:
· Must have in depth technical understanding on concrete / heavy side related products such as: IBA, aggregates, cement, concrete, asphalt, bottom ash, bricks, stone, ceramics etc
· You don’t have to be from a sales background our client is looking for somebody with the technical knowledge for example if you’re are concrete technologist / specialist or a concrete consulting engineer / engineering background
· Must have a sound understanding of civil engineering & construction projects
· Must have dealt with main contractors, sub-contractors, groundworkers OR local authorities, consulting engineers, civil engineers at some level
· Ideally relationships with Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Kier Group, Galliford Try and ISG
· Must be able to present technical information
· Driven, organised, strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
