Technical Field Sales Engineer, Account Manager, £35,000 Basic Salary, £50,000 OTE, year one. This is a rare field sales role where your personality and attitude are more important than specific industry experience. The company want to hire the very best technical field sales person who will be confident, practically minded, ambitious, a team player, highly driven and an achiever.

This well-established firm is looking for a motivated salesperson to help increase sales of laboratory gas systems and inspection services. Full training and ongoing support are provided, enabling you to become highly successful in this varied and interesting role.

The role is covering the industrial North of England from Derbyshire/Lincolnshire upwards to Lancashire, and North Yorkshire with the ideal living location will be along the M62 corridor from Manchester to Leeds. Target markets include education, food and drink, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and environmental testing laboratories, to name a just a few.

+ You must have at least 2 years of field sales experience and happy with reasonably frequent stays away from home

+ You will be a credible individual that is commercially astute, well planned, focused, structured and unfazed by developing new business from within existing accounts.

+ You will enjoy using CRM systems and value their ability to help you be more efficient.
