Technical Account Manager – Cloud based IP Telephony

 

London and South East based

 

£60k Basic + Bonus

 

 

We are a Scandinavian based Fixed and Mobile Operator. We have developed our own Cloud PBX Service and currently have over 250,000 customers in 4 countries. We are now looking to expand in the UK and have partnered with PMA Sales Recruitment to recruit a Technical Account Manager to work in partnership with our Channel Account Manager in selling our Cloud based solutions through resellers and distributors.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Channel/Partner Account Manager in signing up new reseller/distributer partners by primarily answering all technical questions and concerns regarding IP connectivity, Firewall settings, number porting etc. You will work with your partners initially and then on-going. You will work with the Channel/Partner Account Manager in training new reseller partners and assisting in large and/or strategic customer deals. You will design and implement processes and routines to secure successful implementation of our Cloud PBX service in the UK so a good operations background would be advantageous.

 

This is an important role within our organisation and you will be an integral member of our company with a focus on managing and developing our Channel Partners. We therefore require successful candidates to have a strong record of successful Technical Account Management or Pre-sales with at least 2 years’ experience within a Cloud telephony environment. You will need an extensive understanding of Cloud PBXs and the Cloud PBX Business model. With outstanding presentation skills and technical knowledge, you will preferably be a graduate with high energy and be a motivated self-starter.
