Team Manager- Telesales

Salary: £32-36k (dependent on experience) double OTE.
The Role: This company seeks an experienced, dynamic and driven sales manager to head up their telesales team. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be tasked with encouraging the telesales team to achieve revenue, unit and cancellation targets as stipulated by the wider business. With a wealth of experience under your belt, you'll need to monitor and mentor the existing team, identify opportunities for growth and development and instil appropriate structures to help that be achieved.
