Role: Team Leader - IT Reseller

Location: Bolton

Package: up to 35,000

We are pleased to be recruiting for this market leading and award winning IT Reseller organisation who have an excellent brand and portfolio of solutions. My client is a highly proactive company who look to partner with organisations, offering valuable long term solutions..

Our Client is looking for someone ambitious who is highly motivated and enjoys the challenge of a diverse role whilst remaining resilient and calm. It is also essential that the successful candidate is a Customer-focused team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers .

This is a great opportunity to work for a well established market leading business with over 30 years expertise in a highly lucrative market.

Key responsibilities

Support the Sales General Manager with operations

Manage, encourage and motivate sales staff in a telephone-based environment

Work closely with the teams to ensure they understand and are working towards company goals

Monitor and work alongside the team to improve performance

Provide helpful advice and expertise on coping with job-related challenges

Identifying individual training needs

The ability to cover a Sales Account Managers workload in their absence

Observe calls and daily activities with a view to give feedback and on the job training

Requirements :

Previous experience working as a Team Leader / Senior Account Manager.

IT Reseller / IT Hardware background

Strong leadership and decision making skills.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Understanding of complex information and requirements.

Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.
