Role: T&O Organisational Change/Talent Development & Learning Manager

Schedule: Full-time

Location: London

Travel: 100% (Typically Monday-Thursday)

Salary: £68,000-87,000

* Talent and Organisation
Practice: Accenture’s Talent & Organization
(T&O) Practice works with clients globally in Human Resource
Transformation and Talent Management (HRT & TM), Organization Change
(OC) and TD&L (Talent Development & Learning). TD&L
specializes in Corporate Training Strategies, Learning Organization
Operating Model, and executing various kind of training interventions
under client transformation agendas. The TD&L group offers Consulting
experience in a distributed environment and client facing environment.

Manager Responsibilities:

* Delivery Excellence: Maintain exceptional delivery
excellence and quality by working on client specific projects and
supporting the local teams

* Business Management: Focus on growing the practice by
achieving the target metrics on productivity, utilization, and high degree
of engagement from the team

* Project Management: Manage engagement risk, project
economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables,
define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top
management levels at the client/ client team

* Business Development: Work
as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential
opportunities. Have a thorough understanding of the local China market and
experience in independently selling HR Transformation and Talent
Management work in the market.

* People Development: Performs role of counselor and coach,
provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively
participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
