A day in the life of a Sales Executive:

Perform outbound calls to existing business customers

Create, build and improve business relationships daily which drive commercial results

Positively promote our clients brand and product information

Liaise with field sales representatives and coordinators to convert all leads into confirmed sales

Upsell and/or cross sell all products and related services to business customers

Proactively generate business customer leads to expand our clients business portfolio

Liaise with customers via outbound calls, but also via webchat and email

Accurately and professionally prepare correct sales orders and quotes

Educate and inform all customers of contractual requirements related to business practices and purchases
