About the Role

An opportunity has arisen to join the Collections Supplier Support Team within Collections and Recoveries based in Milton Keynes.

The role will deal with complex title issues working closely with the banks legal team to resolve and progress the mortgage accounts. There will also be oversight of all sole deceased cases to see these through to possession or redemption and regular reporting on these cases to Senior Management will be required. The role will also include attending of mediation sessions with customers and solicitors to achieve best outcome for the customer and the bank in a timely and professional manner

The team are responsible for the management of repossessed properties to achieve optimal return via our Asset Managers, we aim to sell properties quickly, at the best price to mitigate the losses to the bank, at the same time ensuring our mortgage customers are treated fairly. The team work closely with the litigation solicitors providing documents to pursue customers through the court system and making informed decisions to return properties on day of eviction

The team work closely with our appointed Litigation Solicitors, Asset Managers and Conveyancing solicitors covering, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we manage the customer journey from litigation, repossession to final completion of the property sale.

You will have worked in a customer centric position and obtain a professional attitude, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you're well prepared to be the best.

Hours of work:

Full time (35 hours)

Shifts between 8am Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00
