Territory Manager - Decontamination solutions

THE COMPANY: A well-established international organisation operating at the premium quality end of a range of medical and scientific arenas. Their decontamination solutions division manufacture a comprehensive range of decontamination capital equipment, consumables and software solutions for use within hospital environments and a well-deserved internal promotion means that they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, autonomous and commercially-aware medical sales professional to manage and grow their business within the West Midlands and Wales.

THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will be managing, winning and growing key commercial relationships with infection control / decontamination departments, EBME and finance / procurement in the main, typically liaising with decontamination managers, infection control nurses, Chief execs, financial controllers and other C-suite level contacts. Candidates must have a proven track record selling into hospitals, preferably with a multi-level stakeholder approach to the sales process. Full product and company training will be provided and career and earning prospects are attractive, as is the company culture.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £46,000
  • Commission £10,000 to £20,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, lunch allowance, 25 days holiday + stats
